Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time. We provide two paths: one from inside the app, and one that works even if you cannot sign in.

What gets deleted

When you confirm deletion, waliFit deactivates your account immediately and schedules hard deletion of eligible personal data within 30 days. This includes:

  • Account, profile, settings, and authentication identifiers.
  • Workout, run, nutrition, calendar, and Vitality Tree data.
  • Wali AI chat messages, journal entries, and personal memory.
  • Posts, friends, group memberships, and reactions tied to your account.
  • Push tokens and device identifiers.

Limited records may be retained where required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons, in line with the Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the waliFit app and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile, then Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.
  5. You will be signed out immediately. Your data is removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no sign-in required)

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address you used to sign up. We respond within 5 business days and schedule deletion within 30 days of verification.

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm ownership before processing the request. This usually means replying from the registered email.

This cannot be undone

Once your data is hard-deleted, we cannot restore your account, workouts, runs, PRs, or Vitality Tree progress. If you want to keep a copy first, export your data from Settings → Account → Export My Data before deleting.
